IRA Contribution:
Now that the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) charitable rollover has been permanently extended by Congress, you may wish to consider making a gift of IRA assets. This tax provision allows American taxpayers ages 70 ½ and older to donate up to $100,000 of their Required Minimum Distribution from their IRAs without having to treat the withdrawals as taxable income. Before doing so, please consult with your trusted tax advisor and financial advisor if this is right for you.
